Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Advance payment orders are processed on priority before Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Major Cities: 4–6 business days.

Remote Areas: 5–8 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply and will be shown at checkout.

Free Shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel with our courier partner.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery details (name, address, phone number) are correct when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan.

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

In case of refusal or failed delivery due to customer reasons, shipping charges will still apply.
